The AGV products designed according to the actual requirements of the new energy battery factory are mainly composed of AGV body, lifting mechanism, deviation correction mechanism, multiple safety protection mechanisms, etc. At present, it is used to transfer rolls and cores in such processes as slitting, notching, stacking and so on. High-precision cantilever axis type AGV adopts magnetic strip navigation or laser navigation, and the docking and lifting accuracy can be within 1mm. AGV can receive orders from MES through WCS.
