In WCS, the operating position, operating status, operation faults and other information of the main equipment are simulated and displayed in the form of animation. 

Main functions:

(1) The received task instructions will be decomposed into device action instructions, and the instruction queue will be combined in optimized way by WCS;

(2) The system dispatches intelligently, issues action instructions to the equipment controller PLC, and monitors its execution results;

(3) Real time display of system operating status and storage space occupancy;

(4) Record equipment faults and handle them, use the historical database to facilitate the tracking and handling of problems.
