• Loading/unloading manipulator
The gripper of the manipulator has strong compatibility. It has the functions of occupancy detection when picking up or releasing, cells in place detection, flexible anti-collision alarm mechanism, and cell protection. It can grasp one cell or multiple cells at one time. According to the application scenario, it has the functions of distance adjusting, visual capturing, etc. The air gripper uses a three-position five-way middle sealing valve+a pilot type speed regulating valve. In the case of sudden power failure and gas interruption, it can achieve 30 minutes of pressure maintenance to ensure the safety of pallet loading/unloading.
- Compatible range of cell dimensions: (long × wide × Height: (80-380mm) × (20-90) × (60-300), weight ≤ 6kg, strong compatibility
- Only finger parts needs to be replaced for cell mode changing, and the required replacement time is short
- Multiple safety protection measures to ensure the safety of cells picking up and releasing
