Project introduction
Customized and developed by Lead Intelligent, the world's leading new energy equipment company, Taineng Technology cylindrical lithium battery production line was special designed for Anhui Taineng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. This production line is the first 200PPM high-speed whole line in China. Unlike South Korea, where equipment is provided by each equipment manufacturer in segments, and then are spliced together by battery manufacturers, this line is truly tailored by a single equipment service provider for customers. It has realized the first lithium battery line from early consultation to later equipment installation, commissioning and production, and is the only complete line in China that can surpass the Korean production line in technology and has completely Lead owned independent intellectual property rights.
Lead Intelligent provides products from slurrying, coating, canlendering, slitting, baking, winding, assembly, formation & aging to intelligent logistics system of the whole lithium battery project for Taineng Technology, equipping with customized MES system. In 2018, Lead Intelligent set up a special team for the project and worked closely with the process team of Taineng Technology. Started from the early plant planning and process technology, they adopted many of the latest technologies in the industry to improve the level of Taineng production line.
The introduction of the new continuous slurrying system greatly reduces the environmental requirements such as room height required, significantly improves production flexibility and production line automation, greatly reduces system energy consumption, and saves operating costs;
The slit extrusion coating machine adopts the surface density online closed-loop control system and precision tension control system to effectively control the coating accuracy of the electrode;
The calendering machine adopts hot roller in cathode side and cold roll in anode side, cooperates with the self-developed constant tension control system and online laser thickness measurement system to improve the consistency of the overall roll thickness;
The slitting machine adopts precision three-stage tension control system, double air slide bearings, CCD online defect detection and marking system, which effectively improve the quality of slitting;
Equipped with self-developed precision tension control system, automatic correction system, CCD detection system, high-efficiency dust removal system, which strictly ensure the quality of the cell. The single efficiency of 21700/18650 cylindrical battery winding machine is up to 35PPM (700mm pole length);
Equipped with a leading CCD visual inspection system, a special puck ring code traceability system, and a dust removal design concept throughout the entire line, the efficiency of high-speed cylindrical battery assembly line is up to 200PPM, the product stability, consistency and yield are greatly improved.
LEAD MES system, based on the comprehensive interconnection with equipment, robots, environmental perception and information systems to form data-driven intelligence, provides overall services from big data collection, storage, analysis, display derivation to prediction and mining, realizes multiple big data application scenarios such as process feature extraction method based on principal component analysis, process parameter optimization method based on feedback transmission, and tooling life span warning based on detection transmission, so as to improve the intelligent level of production and management.
Intelligent logistics system, using self-developed logistics warehousing system and workshop automatic logistics system to realize logistics intelligentization including automatic storage and distribution of raw materials, material flow of production lines, and flow of end product of cells. Customized AGV is adopted for the pancake circulation in the workshop, the positioning accuracy of the automated storage and retrieval system stacker crane is within 2mm, the application of logistics intelligent management software helps customers realize intelligent production.
In the operation of the whole line, Lead Intelligence realizes the full life cycle management of lithium battery from slurrying, electrode making, cell making, assembly, formation & aging to intelligent logistics system, and 100% traceability under the high-speed production of cylindrical batteries, forming a complete traceability chain of man, machine, material, method, and environments. Lithium battery manufacturing driven by big data not only improves the intelligent level of Taineng manufacturing, but also promotes the integration and collaborative optimization of all aspects of production from the aspects of process planning, adaptive adjustment of production, and independent maintenance of equipment.
