The first new technology GW-Level TOPCon photovoltaic cell smart factory production line in the photovoltaic industry
Project introduction
In 2021, Lead Intelligent launched the industry's first digital TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic cell smart factory solution, opening a precedent in the industry. We undertook the first new technology GW-level TOPCon photovoltaic cell smart factory production line for TOP customers in the photovoltaic industry. Lead Intelligent launched LDDS9000 and LDDS7200 ultra-high-speed fully compatible stringer welding equipment with the highest production capacity in the industry, new generation of screen printing tile integrated equipment, new photovoltaic equipment such as busbar welding equipment, and also successfully achieved client-side mass production. Through independent research and development of industrial internet digital solutions and unmanned AGV intelligent logistics system, Lead Intelligence could help customers further improve photovoltaic conversion efficiency, production line efficiency, and build intelligent unmanned factories.
In September 2022, after verification in the industry's Top client, the mass-produced cell conversion efficiency exceeded 26%, the daily production capacity reached more than 300,000 pieces, the yield and fragmentation rate reached the industry-leading level, and the operating cost of the whole line once again hit the lowest in the TOPCon production line industry. In one fell swoop, it refreshed the highest efficiency and photoelectric conversion efficiency of TOPCon cell production, leading China's new generation of high-efficiency photovoltaic cell process technology to a new level.
As the first enterprise to deploy GW-level TOPCon photovoltaic smart factory solutions in China, Lead Intelligent has continuously explored the innovation path of intelligent equipment technology and mass production upgraded solutions, and has made repeated breakthroughs in efficient production, iterative improvement of photovoltaic cell conversion efficiency, and intelligent unmanned production, which has greatly promoted the mass production process in the field of new N-type batteries.
